  Rick and Christine Rose are the perfect example of Customer Service. This weekend I went to do my fall clean up and realized I needed a smaller unit. I figured I would wait until Monday to call and ask to be put on a waiting list if they didn't have a smaller unit (because I am not leaving this facility). Rick saw me as usual he greeted me like family. He noticed how empty my 5 x 10 was and instantly offered me a smaller unit. It was two units down, he cleaned it out and let me move in that day. The landscaping is always clean and they keep everything lovely. I love the wonderful way they treat everyone. They are the best I have encountered and I have moved 5 times in the last 10 years. Trust me I know. Thank you Rick and Christine.
