  I have been living here 11 years, everything was great, until the new management came. Now they are making us pay water, sewage, and trash removal. I have been getting charged with hidden fees that I was not getting charged before... How are you charged fees when their website makes your payment late??? Then I tried to resolve it with the new manager and she yelled at me... Really?? This is how you conduct business?
