  My first impression of this company is a terrible one. I called 2 Friday's ago to get new service at a location. I spoke with an agent name Labrador who took SSN then told me that there was no SSN listed under that name since 2011. Image then started to be very disrespectful in her tone speaking to me as if I am a criminal. I repeated the number to her on SEVERAL OCCASIONS but she kept repeating the same thing. I requested to speak with a supervisor which the agent said I need to send my I'D card and SSN via email. I requested the name of the supervisor was told that her name is Chelsea. No last name was given because Labrador said it's against company policy to give last name. Given I am sending such sensitive information to a complete stranger the least that I can get is a full name. This girl got me so upset with her attitude, i had to tell her off.
  I called back to speak with someone else name tiffany or Stephanie who did not seem to look up my information but just read the notes or maybe it's a small office so Labrado informed her of my previous call.
  Labrador had told me that the supervisor Chelsea would contact within 24hrs. After 72 hrs I still dis not receive any call. I called back this wretched company but asked to speak with the supervisor. I got a Tyler of whom I was requesting the email address to send the documents, he offered to check my SSN and lo and behold, all my information was there. This goes to show that these agents behave as if they are in a patty shop instead of doing their work. They are collecting their salary under false pretense. Instead of helping, they repel customers. They ought to be ashamed if themselves. Thank you Tyler .
