  THERE ARE SOME PATIENTS THAT ARE VERY HARD TO DEAL WITH & AS ONE OF HIS PATIENTS I HAVE SEEN BOTH SIDES OF THE FENCE WITH PATIENTS BEING VERY RUDE TO HIS STAFF & THEY BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO BE KIND. ANYONE CAN HAVE A BAD DAY. IN GENERAL DR. H. IS A GREAT DOCTOR & HIS P.A. IS AWESOME. I HAVE HAD ALOT OF DEALINGS WITH HIS STAFF & I THINK THEY ARE WONDERFUL. I LOVE GOING TO HIS OFFICE FOR MY CARE THEY ARE ALWAYS LAUGHING & JOKING WITH THEIR PATIENTS MAKES YOU RELAX & ENJOY YOUR TIME THERE. SUSAN 11-7-11
