  Had a friend who recently had a truck repaired here at Craft. Craft seems very careless with their work. They don't put pride in their work, and also they seem to judge their customers. My friend, when picking up his truck, heard a lady in their office saying "Did you see that guy who came in here the other day?" Then the lady proceeded to say "He looked like he was retarded or something". Then she laughed. Wow.. smh.
